Here at quick delivery we maintain a 10,000 square foot climate controlled warehouse and distribution space.

•Covered Small Pickup - 600lb Weight Limit, 24x21x36 Dimensional Limit
•Mini Van - 1200lb Weight Limit, 48x42x72 Dimensional Limit
•Dock High Truck- For large and heavy shipments over 500lbs

All vehicle types are available in both "El Cheapo" and "Quick" Service levels

All invoices are issued weekly and are due NET 7 days and are delinquent after 30 days

Liability Limitation - The liability of the arranged for carrier is limited to $100 per shipment unless additional value is declared at the time service is placed. The carrier will not be liable in any event for special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or income.

Package & Carrier Liability - The arranged for carrier shall not be liable for any shipment that has inadequate, improper or insufficient packaging for normal shipping. The arranged for carrier will not under any circumstances assume any liability or responsibility for consequential damage, including but not limited to loss of profits or income.

Hazardous Materials - The arranged for carrier will not accept any shipment which, under Federal or State regulations requires Hazardous Material Handling or signage.

Arranged Deliveries

Quick—When you need the nearest driver to rush your delivery to its destination, usually within 90 minutes.
El Cheapo— A cost effective alternative when your delivery must be completed today. Service order must be received by 2:00 PM for same day delivery.
Out of Town Emergency Expedited—To anywhere in North America, just $1.15 per one way mile. Excess weight charges after 49 pounds. After Hours Rates do not apply.
Warehousing, Break Bulk Distribution & Parts Depot Order Fulfillment
Messenger Hours of Operation: Peak Service Hours—Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:40 PM (standard rating) All other times are off peak and rated at the After Hours Rate (minimum $15.75). After hours deliveries must be prearranged.
Routed & Scheduled—Mo Kan Courier / Mail Delivery - Get your mail when you want it from and to the Post Office, interoffice mail and supplies to branch offices, bank deposits to your bank (checks only, no cash) any custom delivery can be designed for your needs.
Routed Hours of Operation: 24 Hours a Day 7 days a week

• Rates

Messenger rates are computer calculated on a per mile basis from a standard mileage database. There is a minimum charge by service type and vehicle needed. Important! Please request the proper size vehicle for your shipment. When you request a car and we send a larger vehicle because it is available, you are charged the ‘car’ rate. If you request a car and your shipment or package will not fit in the car, a service charge ‘No Go’ ($5.78) will be charged to you. We will notify you and reschedule your delivery with the correct size vehicle and the corresponding charge.

Other Charges

Extra Paperwork—When you need your bill of lading or other document signed or returned to you with your invoice, a $1.50 fee per delivery is charged. Paperwork needed the same day of the delivery can be returned by a round-trip request.
Delay Charges—Each messenger delivery has a total of 10 free minutes allowed at the pickup and/or the delivery for waiting, loading and unloading. If the driver is detained an additional charge of 32 cents for each additional minute, with a minimum of $3.20 will apply.
Excess Weight—Any messenger delivery over 49 pounds is subject to excess weight charges of 5 cents per pound. This includes Out of Town delivery.
Excess Pieces—Any messenger delivery with morn than 15 items going to the same destination will be charged an additional handling fee with a minimum of $7.50. Delay charges may also apply.
Value Declared—Messenger delivery released value is $100. Additional excess value is available up to $1000 at a rate of $1 per $100 value. Box truck released value is $30 per 100 pounds of weight up to $500 value. Additional excess value is available up to $25000 at a rate of $1 per $100
COD Charge—Any COD delivery is charged a handling fee of $3. Your customer’s check (no cash) will be mailed to you within a few days. If you desire your check returned immediately please request a ‘round trip’
Canceled Order—If you need to cancel an order and our messenger has reported to the pick up location, you will be charged $5.78 for a ‘No Go’ fee
